SKY CPA (“we,” “us”) operates skycpa.net, including skycpa.net/en and skycpa.net/kr (the “Website”). This policy explains what personal information the Website collects and how we use it. It applies only to the Website. Information you provide as a client under an engagement letter is handled under our separate client privacy notice and professional confidentiality obligations.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact form; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, through server logs, security tools and basic site statistics.
- Cookies: small files used to remember your language choice (English or Korean), to protect forms from spam and to keep the site secure.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or tax documents through the Website. Use our secure Client Portal instead.
2. How we use information
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, send newsletters you request, operate and secure the Website, and understand how the Website is used. We do not sell personal information.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Website, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Website hosting provider
- Form, spam-protection and security services (WPForms, Cloudflare Turnstile, Wordfence)
- Newsletter and site statistics services (Jetpack / WordPress.com)
- Email service provider (Google Workspace)
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Third-party services and links
Some pages include content or links from other companies, such as Google Maps, YouTube videos, our online appointment booking service, our Client Portal and our online payroll service.
